FBN 2022 Canada Plantings Report

What North American Farmers are planting is always a significant driver of agricultural markets. And with current global volatility, planting intentions for 2022 are likely to be more closely followed than usual. The FBN Canada Plantings Report provides one of the first major survey-based estimates of Canadian farmers’ planting intentions for the year.

Working together with its members, FBN sends a survey to members asking them to respond with what crops they planted in 2021 and what they intend to plant in 2022. The data from the survey is kept confidential, protecting the identity and operational details of our members – but providing exclusive research that returns value back to them.
